We feel that transparency helps in all aspects of our work, starting with the pricing of our service model. 

To help you understand how we price each service contract, we take the following factors into consideration: property distance from downtown Steamboat (our HQ), your property/home size and complexity (do you have 1 boiler, or 5... yes, some of our properties have 5) and other bespoke services requested by the homeowner (Will we be watering/fertilizing your plants? We're really good at this!). 

You see, we take can take care of just the basics… or a lot MORE.

Here’s an example of our base pricing: for a property within city limits, service rates for smaller 2-3 bedroom townhomes and homes start at $350 & $400 per month, respectively.  This base rate includes our weekly visits (when the property is vacant) and includes monthly digital reports on your property, so you can see each visit for yourself. All services costs are paid monthly, after services are rendered. Service contracts are offered on an annual basis. Remember, we evaluate each property based on its unique characteristics and additional services you request - so use the info above as a baseline.
