Palomino Home Management was founded by Kevin Williams in 2012 as a homegrown, small business created to serve those homeowners who were not living full time in Steamboat Springs. With the many needs of their mountain real estate properties, Kevin proudly served his clientele with a focus on comprehensive property care. Kevin approached his role from the perspective of a customer service veteran since the 1980s providing reliable, local experience and quality service with attention to detail. He prided himself on doing business with a handshake.
In 2025, Palomino has partnered with Bill & Tara Crosby who bring a lifetime of experience to Palomino clients. Bill was born and raised on a family farm in Virginia, where he learned the details of managing all aspects of the property -- with all it's ongoing needs -- over many, many years. Tara is owner of Grand Adventure Lodging Company, a 5-Star property manager in Steamboat Springs serving those clients who require ongoing, substantial property care -- not only for their own use, but for the use of their many guests throughout the year. Together, with their team of property care professionals, they ensure the best service is provided to their clients.
As always, Palomino continues to manage the cleaning, maintenance and home contractor projects for you -- and performs home inspections for items needing attention including work scheduling meetings with and payments to tradesmen – plumbers, landscapers, interior decorators, pest control, snow removal etc. Our team will work to accommodate your needs, so please let us know how we can be of service.
